Custom Orders
• All custom pieces are final sale.
• Custom orders require a small deposit ($10–$20 depending on size) to cover base material costs.
• Deposits are applied toward the final price once the piece is complete.
• If a major change or restart is requested after work has begun, an additional deposit or fee may be required to cover extra materials and time.
• Minor adjustments are fine; excessive changes may require additional fees.
Final Sale & Refunds
• All finished and ready-made pieces are final sale unless damaged in transit.
• Items purchased in person at markets, expos, or events are final sale.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Damaged Items
• If an item arrives damaged, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos of the damage are required for review.
• Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will be handled case by case, only if damage is confirmed as shipping-related.
